刘胜(Liu, Sheng)


刘胜博士,中山大学中山眼科中心研究员、博士生导师,入选广东省创新科研团队。刘胜博士在中国科学院生物物理研究所获得神经科学博士学位;2006-2012在美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学医学院做博士后,研究视觉和运动感知信息处理的神经基础;2012-2016在美国贝勒医学院任助理教授,研究感知决策的神经机制;2016年9月至今在中山大学中山眼科中心任研究员。曾主持美国国立卫生研究院的科研项目,目前主持国自然重点国际合作和国自然面上项目。

回国以后,发展和改进了膜片钳单细胞测序技术,从而在非人灵长类大脑上实现了对同一细胞的神经编码信息、遗传表达信息和形态信息的全面解析,实现了高通量单细胞测序和高解析度的膜片钳单细胞测序相结合的技术,可对神经细胞类型的进完整和精确鉴别;运用膜片钳单细胞测序技术,首次解析了哺乳类视网膜节细胞的电生理、形态和基因表达多模态图谱;
