研究组工作摘要

目前实验室的主要兴趣在于,应用双电极膜片钳记录、光遗传学、药理学、病毒示踪、免疫组化、电镜及分子生物学等多种技术方法,探索视网膜神经元之间如何精确地组成神经环路以处理和传递特定的视觉信息,并希望通过研究病理条件下视网膜神经环路的结构和功能异常,进一步探讨视网膜相关疾病的发病机理及可能的诊断和治疗方法。柯江滨博士具有多年视网膜/神经科学领域相关研究经验,以往的部分研究结果改变了我们对视杆(夜间视觉)信号传导的传统认识。目前已在NeuronThe Journal of NeuroscienceCell ReportseLifeNeuroscienceeNeuro等神经科学领域的国际知名杂志上发表多篇学术论文。
